  1. Is it free to list anything automotive related?
  • Yes! It is free to list what you have for sale. It must be automotive related and follow Marketuri’s rules. Vendors and companies selling and promoting what they have for sale will be in a separate section and may not be free. We do this to keep the normal listings and for sale pages clean and not spammy. If you have more questions about this feel free to contact us with the email listed above.
  1. Is there anything I would have to pay for to use the website?
  • There are some paid options that will be offered. This includes featured listings, posting your shop in the find my shop section and vendors posting for sale section may be some sort of paid agreement. Only select vendors will be selected to post.   1. Why do I have to be verified with my phone number and email?
  • We use your phone number to verify that you are using a major carrier and not using any phony number texting apps. Many scammers use texting apps to obtain phone numbers that will mask their identity! We can see right through that 99% of the time and aim to block these people from using the platform. We are trying to keep our community safe from these people! We will just send a link to your email so you can verify it is yours. Your data may be collected including your first name, last name, phone number, username, email and password of choice.   1. Can I have more than one account?
  • You are only allowed to have one account per person or phone number. If you need to delete your account or need any help with it please email support or visit your settings tab to edit your profile.

5. How should I communicate with listing sellers/buyers and shops?

  • You should only communicate through messaging and replies, if you feel comfortable sharing your phone number or email go ahead but do it in private messages. Remember, do not post any contact details in your listing description or anywhere else where it can be publicly seen! You do not want outsiders who may be scammers to contact you. Before a listing is approved I will do my best to remove any contact info if it is accidentally put in there. This will help keep 99% of scammers out of here! That’s the whole point of this website, keep those unwanted scammers away!

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you have forgotten your password to your login navigate to Sign in – and on the bottom of the sign in form click “Forgot password?” Enter in your email you used to originally sign up and it will send you a reset link.

If you know your password but would like to reset it then sign into your account, hover over your username and press settings. Scroll down until you see two fields that say “New Password” and “Current Password“. Enter that info in and your new password and it will be reset to your new preferred password.

Can I Delete My Account?

You can absolutely delete your account! You can delete it yourself in your settings page or reach out to us and we can delete your account and posts for you. If you have any other questions regarding this feel free to reach out for help!
